BR 101 Clinic and course ride - sponsored by GRBC, Spectrum Health, CLIF and Infinit Nutrition

Join us for the Barry-Roubaix 101 clinic and group ride hosted by The Grand Rapids Bicycle Company. The date is Sunday March 5 in the lower level auditorium of the Hastings Ace Hardware (200 S. Boltwood St. Hastings, MI 49058.) The clinic will start at 12:15 and last about 30 minutes. Discussion will be led by two local professional racers with a tremendous resume of results and experience. Mackenzie Woodring and Matt Acker will share their insights and answer your questions on topics such as; things to do race week, what to expect race day, fueling, race day nerves......

We will also have Spectrum Health Pennock on hand discussing health and wellness and how to avoid sports injuries, Infinit Nutrition Clif Bar also be there to discuss training and race day nutrition along with samples of their products. I'm sure we'll also have some Barry-Roubaix FREE stuff to raffle too !!
