IF YOU PLAN TO SET UP A TEAM TENT AT THE EVENT - SEE THE FOLLOWING DETAILS
We welcome you to set up your team’s pop up tent, but please read ALL of the following information on the do’s and don'ts.
Do’s:
Set up in designated areas only ( see event area map for approved locations)
Set up on a first come basis after Noon on Friday of race week. No reservations
Bring weights for anchoring as stakes may not be an option
Dont’s:
Don’t set up in areas not designated on the map. Doing so may result in your tent having to be moved.
Do not block driveways or sidewalks. Tent legs can be in the street up to 2 feet and race chute fencing will be up to the legs
