IF YOU PLAN TO SET UP A TEAM TENT AT THE EVENT - SEE THE FOLLOWING DETAILS

 
 

We welcome you to set up your team’s pop up tent, but please read ALL of the following information on the do’s and don'ts.

Do’s:

  • Set up in designated areas only ( see event area map for approved locations)

  • Set up on a first come basis after Noon on Friday of race week. No reservations

  • Bring weights for anchoring as stakes may not be an option

Dont’s:

  • Don’t set up in areas not designated on the map. Doing so may result in your tent having to be moved.

  • Do not block driveways or sidewalks. Tent legs can be in the street up to 2 feet and race chute fencing will be up to the legs
