PACKET PICK UP AND RACE WEEKEND PARKING

If you’ve raced Barry before, you probably already have your go-to parking spot. But if you’re new to the event, here are a few helpful tips:

First: give yourself PLENTY of time!
There’s ample parking throughout the City of Hastings—city lots, street parking, the middle school, churches, and more. When you find a spot, take it. Hastings is small, so you can easily walk or ride to packet pickup, the race start, and other key locations.

Friday – Ace Hardware Packet Pickup Parking
You’re welcome to park in the Ace Hardware lot while grabbing your packet. Please use the south end of the lot, as the spaces near the entrance are reserved for customers only.

Saturday – Ace Hardware Packet Pickup Parking
There is no general parking available at Ace Hardware on Saturday morning. The lot is reserved exclusively for those with a Thornapple VIP parking pass. We recommend parking on nearby streets or in public lots and either walking or riding over to pick up your packet. You can also have someone drop you off for a quick in-and-out.
If you plan to ride your bike, consider bringing a lock for peace of mind.
