We hope everyone is busy getting after those New Year miles and firing up those training plans! Believe it or not but we're only 60 days away from registration close and a mere 75 days away from race weekend!! Things are kicking into high gear here at HQ and the orders are going in for merchandise, trophies, rentals, water bottles, signage, etc... In the meantime we thought it would be good to provide a registration update:

We are currently down to just over 500 spots remaining. The 18/36/62 don't have specific caps and will close when they total 3,600 riders. The 100 miler is capped at 400 and has a mere 39 spots remaining. Once the caps are all met we will open the waitlists, but keep in mind there are no guarantees if you get waitlisted!

Waves remain balanced across the 62/36/18 mile events. If you like a bit more breathing room we suggest choosing a later wave as they generally are smaller in size. Wave 1 for the 62 miler is full at this time (if you have a legitimate reason such as "I'm Fabian Cancellara" then we'll make an exception). Plenty of room in wave 2 still. The first waves for the 18 and 36 also have ample room.

Registration closes completely at 5:00pm EST on March 11th!!! This includes transfers, category changes, wave changes, etc... We have reduced the time between registration close and race day to a mere 2 weeks which gives us just enough time to scrub all the data, build out timing sheets, sticker the 4,000 number plates and so forth. You've got another 2 months to train, prepare and make a final decision.
