Justin Straube opened Seasonal Grille in downtown Hastings, June of 2010. Renovations to what was an old print shop include a custom-made wooden bar. Justin Straube’s college plan for his own restaurant has gone from paper to reality with the opening of Seasonal Grille in his hometown. Located in the former Hastings Press building at the corner of Church and State streets, the 100-plus-year-old building is being restored into what its owners hope will be a downtown showpiece. Inside, Straube has turned the former Press facility into a warm, inviting restaurant with a menu of Italian dishes, fresh salads, soups, seasonal items, vegetarian dishes, Gluten Free, and a full compliment of wines and alcohol.
